About Me

Psychologist-in-training seeking enlightenment

Hi! My name’s Kelly. I am 23 years old and trying to find my way in this world. I’m currently in my second year of a Clinical Psychology doctoral program but I’ve come to feel like that isn’t quite enough. I speak all day to clients about mindfulness and centering the self, but now it’s time I actively practice what I preach and help you to do the same! It’s time for me to explore what it really mean to be, well, me, which includes making the (sometimes hard) decisions that will bring me closer to the life I want to live. I try to live intentionally, welcoming all aspects of life with open arms and an open heart.

I welcome you to join me on this journey filled with adventure, positivity, exploration, love and any other feel-good experiences that may come our way. Come with me as I consciously try to start moving towards a more holistic and fulfilling life.

So, why should you listen to me? Well, I may be a 20-something, but I’m also a therapist. I work with clients of all ages and with all sorts of presentations. My favorite population to work with are young adults, especially one’s who are facing challenges with self love, identity development, weak confidence, or anything else having to do with self discovery!

I thank you for accompanying me on this venture and hope I inspire you to even in the smallest way. Let’s enjoy this ride!
